Do you ship internationally?

No unfortunately at this time we only deliver within the UK


What are the payment options online?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

We also offer interest free buy now-pay later with Klarna for all those that qualify

Can you deliver my order to PO Box?

We only deliver to verified physical addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If, for any reason, you would like to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us immediately.

As long as we have not shipped your items, we can cancel your order.

If your order is a customized piece, we must be contacted within three business days so we can stop production.

If a customized piece is cancelled after this time, there will be a 25% fee taken off refund amount.

Can I return an item without the packaging?

Unfortunately no, in order for a full refund items returned must be in their original packaging.

What is your return policy?

All purchases may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase upon receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses for the returned item.

Your refund will exclude the delivery fee ($75) and restocking fee (10% - 20% ) and can only be made if the merchandise is in "as-new" condition

Is my personal information kept private?

We respect the fact that you entrust us with personal information. We’ll never rent, sell or share your information with another business.

Why do you require my telephone number as mandatory for delivery?

Courier companies request customers telephone numbers as mandatory for delivery. Courier will contact you prior to delivering to see when you are available to receive the delivery or they will call you when the driver can not find the address. The courier also needs to contact buyer if shipping damage or shipping lost occurs.

What if my item/ package arrives damaged?

When you receive your item, please check your item careful. If the package appears damaged, you can either refuse delivery OR if you accept it please be sure to write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery.

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will be in contact you to proceed with the damage claim and help you with a replacement or refund.  

Please DO NOT throw away the boxes or packaging materials, otherwise your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.

We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages, during delivery. Please be patient as we have to claim the damage with the shipping courier and send you the parts or replacement.

Does the Shipping & Handling fee include shipping insurance?

Shipping and Handling fee does not include insurance.
